These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the napi68 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing napi68 you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on napi68. Age and identity are verified during the KYC process, which is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
Each player may hold exactly one napi68 account. Multiple accounts are a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All transactions on napi68 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major Indonesian e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 20.000.
All bonus credits awarded by napi68 are subject to a minimum rollover (wagering) requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. napi68 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.

2.1 You must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain an Account on napi68:
2.2 napi68 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.
3.1 Each Player may register and maintain exactly one Account on napi68. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the method used to circumvent detection.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, Indonesian mobile phone number, and date of birth. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will update it promptly if it changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. napi68 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, napi68 will require you to complete the KYC process. This involves submitting a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and, where requested, a selfie for liveness confirmation. KYC is completed by the napi68 verification team, typically within 15 minutes of submission during standard operating hours.
3.5 napi68 may at its sole discretion decline any registration application without being required to state a reason.
4.1 All deposits to napi68 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are currently supported: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1 to 3 minutes of transfer confirmation during normal bank operating hours.
4.4 You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. napi68 reserves the right to void any winnings generated from funds deposited via a third-party account and to return the original deposit to the source account.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account or instrument registered in your own name and matching the details on your verified KYC documentation. napi68 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. napi68 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Charges levied by receiving banks or e-wallet providers are outside napi68's control.
5.3 KYC must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals do not require repeat KYC unless napi68's compliance team identifies a reason for re-verification.
5.4 napi68 targets a processing time of under 5 minutes for approved withdrawal requests. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours. napi68 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
5.5 napi68 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual in size, frequency, or circumstance. This is a standard compliance measure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing.
5.6 Where a withdrawal request is submitted before the rollover requirement on associated Bonus Credits has been satisfied, napi68 may, at its discretion, process the withdrawal of Real-Money Funds only and forfeit any unsatisfied Bonus Credits.
6.1 napi68 offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek (Chinese New Year), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer.
6.2 All Bonus Credits are subject to a rollover requirement. The rollover multiplier applicable to a specific bonus will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, the default rollover requirement is 5x the bonus amount on eligible games.
Bonuses are awarded per eligible account, not per device or IP address. One bonus may be claimed per promotion period unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. Real-Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Credits when both are present in the Account Balance.
Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% on pre-match markets with minimum odds of 1.50. Specific contribution rates for each game category are listed on the Promotions page.
6.5 napi68 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
6.6 Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the relevant promotion states a different expiry period. Expired Bonus Credits and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited automatically.
7.1 All casino games offered on napi68 are provided by internationally licensed and independently audited third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by the rules of that specific title as defined by its developer.
7.2 The outcome of all random number generator (RNG) games is determined by certified random number generation software. napi68 does not influence or have the ability to alter the outcome of any game result after the game round has commenced.
7.3 For sports betting, napi68's sportsbook terms (including settlement rules, void bet conditions, and in-play betting restrictions) are published separately on the Sportsbook page. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these Terms, the sport-specific rules prevail in relation to that betting market.
7.4 napi68 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing error, system error, or odds display malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account. napi68 will not honour winnings arising from a demonstrably incorrect price.
7.5 Maximum win limits per game or per bet may apply. Applicable limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. Winnings that exceed stated maximum limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on napi68. Violation of any item in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:
9.1 napi68 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period; suspected fraudulent activity; or at the Player's own request.
9.2 A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting napi68 customer support via live chat. Any Real-Money Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment account, provided KYC has been completed and no investigation is pending.
9.3 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the funds held in that Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. napi68 will complete investigations as expeditiously as reasonably practicable.
9.4 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, napi68 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. This right is exercised at napi68's sole discretion and proportionally to the severity of the breach.
10.1 All content on the napi68 platform — including but not limited to the napi68 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of napi68 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the napi68 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any napi68 content without express written permission.
10.3 Game content including titles, artwork, and mechanics is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used by napi68 under valid licensing agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of applicable intellectual property law.
11.1 napi68 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
11.2 napi68 collects personal data including, but not limited to, your name, phone number, date of birth, device identifiers, and transaction records. This data is used to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, prevent fraud, and fulfil applicable regulatory obligations.
11.3 napi68 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game studios) on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
11.4 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting napi68 support. Deletion requests are subject to napi68's obligation to retain certain records for regulatory compliance purposes.
12.1 napi68 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, napi68 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 napi68 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; or any interruption to service caused by factors outside napi68's reasonable control (including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment provider outages).
12.3 In all cases where napi68 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using napi68 and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of your Real-Money Funds Balance, subject to pending wager settlements.

15.1 napi68 is licensed and regulated internationally. The platform is operated under licences issued by internationally recognised gaming authorities. napi68 does not claim approval from, nor operate under the direct supervision of, any Indonesian domestic regulatory body, as online gambling regulation in Indonesia remains a complex and evolving legal area.
15.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of napi68's operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's designated dispute resolution mechanism.
15.3 Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of napi68 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located. napi68 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
